Small desktop fingerprint scanners allow employees to quickly and securely log into Omniprise. After completing a biometric custom enrollment process a simple press of a finger into any available scanner will log into the system.

Within the Omniprise Desktop Interface an intelligent tabbing system has been created to offer the most robust and easy-to-use navigation system. New windows will span automatically when moving from one section to another so that multiple information can be displayed at once.

Using the Document Retention software, Omniprise allows users to directly scan documents and images as attachments to almost anything in the system for future reference and use.

Manufacturing floor workers are given the ability to scan a product barcode and immediately see information such as shipping history, expiration dates, warranty, and view .DWG schematic files pertaining to that part or BOM. Floor users can access and use these files just like the engineering department.

The desktop client maintains an open data connection to the server ensuring that when information changes the application is updated within seconds. When alerts are received they are displayed in the bottom right corner of employee's computers where they can be pinned to the desktop as a reminder.
