Small desktop fingerprint scanners allow employees to quickly and securely log into Omniprise. After completing a biometric custom enrollment process, a simple press of a finger into any available scanner will log into the system.

Within the Omniprise Desktop Interface an intelligent tab system offers the most robust and easy-to-use navigation system. Page tabs spawn automatically as new sections are selected so that multiple pages may be displayed at once.

Using the OmniScan module, Omniprise allows users to scan documents and images, then attach them to almost anything in the system for future reference and use.

When OmniLive is installed, the desktop application maintains an open data connection to ensure that as information changes the application is updated within seconds. When alerts are received they are displayed in the bottom right corner of the employee’s monitor; they may be pinned to the desktop as a reminder.
