OmniDrive is a virtual hard drive on the Omniprise web server used to store and back up files. Users interact with OmniDrive via OmniLive, Omniprise's key companion software, in the same way as a local storage device. Files may be accessed from anywhere in the world via a secure network connection. If OmniLive isn't available, use the web-based document browser to download and upload files.

While away from the office, OmniLive keeps users connected to their work environment. OmniLive creates a secure VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection to the main office network. With the press of a button users may access their office computer via Remote Desktop Connection or any other network device.

With OmniScan, documents may be scanned directly into Omniprise and attached to almost any element in the system. OmniScan utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to store text from scanned documents for later search and retrieval.

Even when not logged in to Omniprise, OmniLive communicates with Omniprise to relay live, real-time information directly to the user. Missed alerts are saved in the system tray for easy retrieval.

OmniLive is designed to make accessing shared drives or computers from a remote location effortless.

OmniLive features a built-in desktop interface to streamline processes from a user's desktop rather than through the web-based application. Modules such as tasks and alerts may be managed from this application without logging into Omniprise.
