OmniSync keeps Omniprise and Microsoft Outlook^© in tune so users don't have to. Changes made to one system are updated on the other in real time. Now users only have to enter contacts, calendar entries, and tasks once. A background process linking the systems keeps everything up-to-date without reminders. If a conflict is found a prompt will appear to resolve the issue. When sharing contacts, one user's changes in Microsoft Outlook^© can change contacts across multiple users' computers to ensure everyone has the same up-to-date information.

Single Entry Data Collection
Since the OmniSync program runs constantly in the background, employee's information is updated in real-time as it is entered in either system. Only if there is a conflict in the data received will users be asked to decide which data to use.
Remote Backup
By keeping contact information stored on the Omniprise servers users will be able to sync multiple PCs, mobile devices, and laptops with the same data without having to worry about rekeying or transferring information from one electronic device to another.
