OmniSync keeps Omniprise and Microsoft Outlook^© in harmony so users don't have to. Changes made to one system are updated on the other system in real-time. Users only have to enter contacts, calendar entries, and tasks once. A background process linking the systems keeps information in both current; no reminders needed. If a conflict is discovered, a prompt is displayed to resolve the matter. When sharing contacts, one user's changes in Microsoft Outlook^© may change contacts across multiple users' computers to ensure everyone has the same up-to-date information. Users may sync contacts, calendar entries, tasks, and notes via OmniSync.

Single Entry Data Collection
Since the OmniSync program runs in the background continuously, information is updated in real-time as it is entered in either system. Only if there is a conflict in the data will users be prompted to choose which data to use.
Remote Backup
By storing contact information on the Omniprise servers, users may sync multiple PCs, mobile devices, and laptops with the same data; avoid rekeying or transferring information from one electronic device to another.
